Heaner Design Group has undertaken the task of developing unimproved tracts of raw land into premier residential neighborhoods. These residential developments began with the planning stage that consisted of an initial site visit to observe the existing terrain, investigation into the proximity of existing utilities to the site, and preliminary lot layouts. 

Edisto Beach, SC
The surveying phase initially consisted of boundary and topographic surveys, centerline staking of the roads and utilities, and final platting of the developed lots.  The engineering for these developments included road design, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection, storm sewer design, storm water detention, soil erosion and sedimentation control, and all associated permitting.
