Publix Pavilion sits on a total of 12 acres, some of which was previously developed creating a challenge with new construction.  The responsibilities of Heaner Design Group included boundary, topographic and utility location surveys, site planning, site design, permitting and construction quality observation, and post-construction as-built survey of the development.
