Heaner Design Group completed the site design for a 90,000 square foot distribution warehouse for Lonza including a building pad for a 50,000 square foot future expansion. The 10-acre development included an 800 foot service road that has been adopted by the County and provides opportunity for the development of future properties. The site design responsibilities included site grading, utility design, soil erosion and sedimentation control, storm water detention, and permitting.

Heaner Design Group provided the site design for a 75,000 square foot distribution warehouse for Kraft Foods, Inc. in Cayce, South Carolina.  Heaner Design Group worked closely with Becknell Industrial Development on the 8-acre site design to ideally locate the building to best facilitate the daily traffic of delivery trucks, tractor trailer storage area, employee parking and a future building expansions.  Heaner Design Group’s responsibilities include the site survey, site design, obtaining land disturbing permits, and local zoning compliance.
